Learn how to create an ASN or 856 document within the ePortal Utilities menu. Detailed step-by-step directions are provided to walk you through the entire process.
Learn how to set up your EDI References within the Configuration menu of ePortal. EDI References populate the various reference or ref segments sent to your trading partner. These references are specific to your trading partners. eBridge has the first three references set for you, with room to add additional references as needed.
The Create Invoice option in the Utilities menu of ePortal allows you to view a user-friendly version of an order. Use this information to populate your new invoice to yours and your trading partners specifications.
The Test Document option will allow you to send a test document, generated by eBridge, to your active inbox. This is typically used to test communication between your eBridge premise solution piece and ePortal without the need for a genuine trading partner document.
Under your utilities menu, you will find the Create Order option. Create Order will allow you to create a purchase order or 850 document. Please be sure to fill out all fields required by yourself and your trading partner.
