"The eBridge Connector tool has made our data management much easier. None of our systems were integrated a few months ago. Leads were stored in an Access database, customers were stored in Great Plains, and web members and customers were sitting in a SQL database. Now, we can have leads and customers in salesforce and order entry is done from salesforce and copied over to Great Plains for accounting. eBRIDGE customized the connector for us so that we enter entire orders in salesforce and then it is copied into Great Plains as an invoice and it can just be posted in Great Plains at that point. Since we have over 3,000 customers and the updating of customers from salesforce to Great Plains was taking 18 hours, they customized it so I can choose how many days since last update/create on the record to update the Great Plains customer records.
