orders, advanced shipping notices (ASNs) and invoices on a monthly basis. To

human error. Additionally, ASNs are time-sensitive and data-intensive
documents: each ASN contains a barcode that, from a data entry perspective,

The eBridge solution seamlessly imports orders to and exports invoices from
QuickBooks Pro, eliminating manual data entry. Previously, invoices were being
done twice—first through the EDI department and then through the accounting.
QuickBooks contains "pending invoices" data, which is equivalent to orders. The
eBridge solution enables users to change the invoice status from pending to
active, essentially converting the pending invoice into an order. This streamlines
the order creation process into a simple click.
