The Product Activity Data EDI document is sent by a trading partner to advise its vendor of sales and inventory quantities (product activity data). With data obtained from the Product Activity Data document, the vendor is able to track product movement by the trading partner, and thereby effectively calculate replenishment quantities and plan future shipments.
eBRIDGE Software provides the Product Activity Add-On Module to support the Product Activity Data EDI document. Installed as part of an existing eBridge integration solution, the eBridge Product Activity Add-On Module stores sales and inventory information from a trading partner. A vendor therefore is able to effectively utilize the data sent by the trading partner to enable more precise inventory forecasting and accurate shipment planning.
