Administrative Assistant - Sales Department
Due to maternity leave, eBRIDGE has a temporary opening for an Administrative Assistant in the Sales Department. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for administration of customer and channel partners’ software maintenance contracts and administration of sales.
Responsibilities:
- General support duties such as: assist with prospecting, travel arrangements, event coordination, customer file management, telephone, etc.
- Processing of sales, payments and shipping
- Processing of monthly software maintenance renewals
Qualifications:
- 2 years or more in an administrative role
- Must thrive in a fast paced, multi project environment
- Excellent telephone, analytical and communication skills
- Strong customer service and problem solving ability
- Business related internet skills
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Experience in Salesforce CRM an asset
- Accounts Receivable billing an asset

As a senior web developer you will be responsible for developing, testing, documenting and maintaining eBridge web sites. Constant collaboration with Sales and Marketing will ensure you execute as per the goals outlined in our business plan. You must be able to communicate technical ideas and concepts to senior management when required. You will report both to the VP of Sales and Marketing and the Product Development Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Ongoing development of corporate and other websites
- Develop web pages using latest technologies available
- Communicate with databases, business logic servers and web-services in order to develop web pages
- Work closely with sales and marketing to ensure website aligns with strategic objectives
- Continually investigate and share new and intriguing web related concepts/ideas to possibly incorporate into websites
- Work in conjunction with Product Management to provide interfaces for new product
- Periodically work with designers and content producers to ensure website look and feel match design layouts
- Test and document software used for websites
- Write, modify and debug software for websites
Qualifications:
- Motivated self-starter who likes working as part of a productive, fast-paced team
- Proven track record of developing interactive websites
- Experience with Ajax techniques, as well as XML and JSON
- Familiarity with Microsoft products and environments; proficient with Microsoft programming languages including .NET and C# and use of XSLT transformations
- Experience with javascript coding techniques
- Proven track record of interfacing with webservices
- Strong communication skills

Inside Sales Position
This is an inside sales position, located in Burlington, ON designed to work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Implementation and Development) assigned to accounts nationally and internationally.
Key responsibilities are:
You are responsible to follow up on all warm/hot leads produced by marketing programs for your territory and turn them into sales. Throughout the process you are responsible for entering and tracking data into the CRM and communicating all progress to other teams as appropriate.
You will execute daily outbound sales functions, specifically designed to generate quality leads based on account and territory.
Qualifications:
-minimum of 1 year of successful inside technology sales experience, ERP software, software integration and indirect and direct channel experience
-experience in solution selling

As an intermediate java script/.NET developer you will be responsible for developing, testing, documenting and maintaining the back-end applications that will be front-ended by the eBridge web sites. Constant collaboration with the Product Manager and BizTalk Development Team will ensure you execute as per the goals outlined in our business plan. You must be able to communicate technical ideas and concepts to senior management when required.
Responsibilities:
- Ongoing development of back-end applications to support our corporate and other websites
- Develop applications using latest technologies available
- Communicate with databases, business logic servers and webservices in order to develop applications
- Work closely with the Product Manager to ensure developed applications align with strategic objectives
- Continually investigate and share new and intriguing web and object design related concepts/ideas to possibly incorporate next generation products
- Perform unit testing and provide documentation for the applications you develop
- Write, modify, troubleshoot and debug applications
Qualifications:
- Motivated self-starter who likes working as part of a productive, fast-paced team
- Proven track record using Object Design to architect new applications
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between business functions and object design while participating in product design discussion
- Proficiency in using c#, java, html, .Net, JavaScript programming languages
- Understanding of web services architecture
- Experience with full development life cycle
- Proven track record of interfacing with webservices
- Strong communication skills
- Two years of experience in related development capacity
